The Director's Cut Ltd. is a Canadian owned and operated ltd company that develops and implements curriculum oriented programming under the guise of The Ontario Ministry Curriculum and The Alberta Ministry of Education and Training. It is registered and listed in the United States as a corporation under The Director's Cut USA
By registering my child in The Director's Cut Workshop, I acknowledge that I have read and understood The Director's Cut's policies and agree to them; and in consideration of mutual promises and benefits, the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, I agree that any Work created by my child during the course of the Workshop will be the sole and exclusive property of The Director's Cut; and I hereby waive, relinquish and assign to The Director's Cut any and all rights, including moral rights, whether in copyright or otherwise that my child may have now or in the future to any Work produced by him or her in the course of the Workshop. I also understand and provide consent that by enrolling my child in a workshop that their film may be entered into a Director's Cut sanctioned contest at will. Every effort will be made to contact contest entrants.
Summer and Holiday Programs:
The Director's Cut reserves the right to cancel workshops for reasons including, but not limited to low enrollment. Participants who have had their session cancelled by The Director's Cut will be placed into another available workshop session, or have a complete refund of their enrollment fee.
A Full Refund will be provided to participants for the following reasons:
1. cancelled workshop
2. Parent withdrawl 2 weeks prior to workshop
A Partial refund, not to exceed 50% of the enrollment fee registration will be provided to participants for the following reasons:
1. Parent withdrawl after the 2 weeks prior

Cancellations and parent withdrawls made less than 14 days prior to the workshop start date will be refunded, minus a $40.00 cancellation fee per registration. There will be no refunds available 7 days prior to the commencement of a workshop. Days Missed due to Medical Reasons |

The Directr's Cut in class workshops are contracted to regional operators to be run under the rules and regulations of Director's Cut. Workshops are run as full day programs. All staff are required by law and under contract by the Director's Cut to present a Police Clearnace prior to beginning employment. This certificate is to be updated on an annual basis on the anniversary of their hiring.
The Director's Cut reserves the right to cancel workshops if weather conditions are deemed unsuitable and facilitators do not feel safe. The Director's Cut will make every attempt to reschedule the workshop at another time.
As a good will gesture, The Director's Cut does not accept deposits for booking a workshop. However, we do require a minimum 72 hour cancellation notice. failure to provide 72 hours following confirmation will result in a penalty of not more than 50% of the fee per classroom to be paid by the booking school. Should the workshop be rescheduled within the current school year, the school will not be liable for payment to the operator.
A teacher must be present in the classroom at all times. TheDirector's Cut LTD and it's said contractors and their employees will not be held responsible for instructing students who are not under the direct supervision of a qualified and certified teacher.
Teacher Incentive Packages
Offers and incentives cannot be used in conjunction with one another. The Director's Cut has the right to limit incentives and cancel incentives and promotions at any time. 42 inch flat screen televisions are to be provided to the school following the last workshop, and after the last payment has been issued to Director's Cut.
