Join other film makers in the director's chair this summer for a blockbuster of epic proportions. In our totally redesigned workshop, film making crews will work together with a REAL film maker to create a stop-motion animation film that is sure to rival the likes of Tim Burton and Wallace & Gromit. The film makers will create their own original characters out of clay, and then help bring them to life!  Everything from set design to scriptwriting will be covered, as the campers are treated to the full Hollywood experience. Once complete, crews will edit their movie on Final Cut Pro X and create an authentic movie trailer to advertise their film. All of the finished films may be shown on the big screen at Cineplex Theatres across Canada. Of course, the DC experience would not be complete without our Hollywood A-list activities, including our infamous pie fights, water balloon battles, and other cutting edge activities that will help to unleash your inner Spielberg! 

Grab your stereo and crank it to 11 as the newest pop sensations hit the airwaves this summer. In our totally redesigned workshop, film making crews will work together with a REAL film maker to select their favourite song, and then story board, location scout and shoot their music videos in eye-catching HD. You’ll also learn how to green screen to create the most authentic music videos around! Once complete, crews will edit their music videos on Final Cut Pro X, so they can battle it out with the hottest bands for a spot on MTV.  All of the finished films may be shown on the big screen at Cineplex Theatres across Canada. Of course, the DC experience would not be complete without our Hollywood A-list activities, including our infamous pie fights, water balloon battles, and other cutting edge activities that will help to unleash your inner Spielberg!

Film making crews will work together with a REAL film maker to create a stop-motion animation film that is sure to rival the work of Disney and Pixar. The best part? The campers’ very own toys are the stars! Once complete, crews will edit their movie on Final Cut Pro X and create an authentic movie trailer to advertise their film. All of the finished films may be shown on the big screen at Cineplex Theatres across Canada. Plus, Superman and Wonderwoman have some competition, as crews will also be putting together an authentic comic book, based on their own completely original ideas and starring themselves!
